This is probably my 50th cruise but one of the very few where the dining staff seemed over burdened and unable to get it right. Usually the dining staff is extremely attentive, that was not the case here. I have been on many Carnival ships this is my first trip on the victory. There is a definite problem on this ship that is probably rooted in the management and captain. The only other explanation might be is perhaps this is a training ship. It was not up to the standards of other Carnival ships. That being said the food was good and overall it was a nice cruise.
