Nice, relaxing 5 nights aboard the Carnival Victory. We did ship-organized excursions in both ports, loved the Dunn's River party boat excursion in Jamaica. The Allura Catamaran cruise in Grand Cayman was great but a little disorganized for getting off the boat in the morning. And Stingray City was shoulder to shoulder with people but we still managed to enjoy it. Cabins are comfortable but I do miss the refrigerators that used to be in them. Not sure why those went away? As always, though, the crew really makes any Carnival Cruise a terrific experience. From the dining room wait staff to the cabin stewards the service level is 5-star for a 2-star price. Will definitely cruise with Carnival again.

We had lots of amazing crew members. Made, Edison, Elcid & the rest of our dining room team were just tremendous! Always smiling and genuinely happy to see us each night and hear about our day. And our cabin steward (also named Made) took great care of us and always kept our cabin spotless and refreshed with plenty of ice.

The cabins are comfortable but I sailed on the Victory several years ago and remember having a fridge in the room. That would have been a nice convenience since we like white wine. Without a fridge we needed constant ice deliveries to keep things cold. Also, when the wind kicked up on the last day at sea, the connecting doors on the balcony banged loudly all night. We called for someone to come look at them but no one ever showed up and we ended up jamming a wadded up piece of paper in it to make it stop.
