A birthday cruise for my husband, what a great gift!

Sail Date: August 31, 2015

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Good food, great service. Well organized, except the line at Guest services was usually pretty long. Take some time to do the inboard activities. The shows are great and Marcello Marshmallow is a great cruise director.
Cabin / Stateroom
As a junior suite, I thought it would be bigger. But the balcony was private.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
We paid for Fatter To The Fun and it was well worth it. The rest of the partners were in line forever.

Destinations and Excursions
We went kayaking in the mangrove forest in Grand Cayman but it turned out not to really be in the forest but just on the edges. We also did Stingray City in Grand Cayman , there were a lot of rays but so many people had been there before us, because we went after kayaking, that they didn't want to be picked up or held at all. They did like brushing up against us but I would recommend an excursion that went there first. We did the Tranopy excursion in Jamaica, 5 out of 5 stars for that! The bobsled was so exhilarating and the ziplines were the best I've ever been on! The guides were great, too!

Miami, Florida
We went on the Everglades tour. Don't expect to see any alligators but the airboat ride was fun.
George Town, Grand Cayman
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
Definitely leave time for lunch! Do the Tranopy Excursion!

Tip

If you have a choice, get a stateroom near the elevators. The aft staterooms are the farthest from everything and there was a lot of walking. If you prefer to dine alone, select the Any Time Dining option.
