5 Night Western Caribbean (Miami Roundtrip) Sail Date: July 06, 2015 Cabin Type: Balcony Cabin Number:1046 Traveled As: Family (older children) Reviewed: 2 years ago
This was a terrific itinerary! We chose it because we had never been to Jamaica or Grand Cayman. Both ports were great, and we had wonderful excursions. The ship was clean and the staff onboard were efficient and friendly!
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
The food and service were superb, in the Pacific dining room. There were lots of menu choices and variety, including vegetarian and heart-healthy. The portion sizes are reasonable, not too large, which we appreciate, since we don't like to overeat or waste food. I didn't like the large oval plastic plates in the Mediterranean restaurant. I saw a lot of people really piling those high, overeating, and wasting a huge amount of food.
We took an excursion to the Everglades because our flight didn't leave til late in the day. It was a great way to spend the time, and the excursion included the bus ride back to the Fort Lauderdale airport!
