thought the ship was beautiful, but service and staff just ok, never got that wow factor found on other cruises I have been on, lines for buffet so long couldn't even experience the food offered and dining room so slow it was disappointing

Food and Dining
lines were so long for most everthing couldn't go to the buffet line and dining took forever and didn't come by enough to check on you, felt it wasn't top notch like other cruises, but just more like going to a regular restaurant at home
Service and Staff
this was the first cruise I have been on where I felt the staff didn't really go above and beyond, they just did ok
only had a show the first and last night and comedy was scheduled so late could not attend most of it since would have to pay for extra camp for children
Children's Programs
Onboard Activities
not enough going on most of the time
Destinations and Excursions
Ship Quality
Embarkation and Disembarkation
paid the extra for faster to the fun and was worth it
Cabin / Stateroom
balcony cabin was nice, but old and needs updating, doors and cabinets did not close properly and was dirty and dusty
