Wonderful cruise

Sail Date: January 01, 2013

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Great dinner service\, lots of live music options. Real ice cream for free. Lots of time in port. Excellent shopping sales. Need to control rowdy kids late at night in the hallways. Need more protected outdoor lounging space for those who don't want direct sun. The size of this ship meant more rocking in rough seas.

Pros: variety of islands\, outstanding dinner service; really good entertainment\, lots of music options

Cons: except for one small overnight bag\, luggage was delivered more than 5 hours late; ship did rock a lot; no place to lounge with overhead shade/protection; rowdy kids in the halls late at night

Recommends Carnival Victory? Yes!

Ship Quality
Smaller ship with some minor rocking in rough seas.
Food and Dining
Outstanding dinner service. All the staff remembered what we liked each day. Food was good but not superior preparation. Choices were great including steak or salmon\, chocolate warming cake available every night.
Cabin / Stateroom
Luggage was very late to arrive to room.
Service and Staff
Entertainment
