The ship was comfortable big and had all the amenities that I wanted

Food is good and dining room service is excellent during supper. Breakfast and lunch service can be chaos.

It seems the staff cannot resolve issues by themselves. They have to consult issues with supervisors

Cons: spotty service and dont follow their policies for all passengers
