Terrible waiting and rude employees

Sail Date: June 14, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

Cabin: GUAR

We waited over an hour in line for everything. Food, getting off the ship, and about 3 hours for guest services. My mother-in-law had an outstanding bill so they forced her to stay on the ship which is fine but she has terrible anxiety and medical problems and they would not let my husband and I stay with her, they literally followed up all the way off the ship and through baggage and would not let us help her or talk to her at all. She was treated as a criminal.

Ship Quality
Pretty ship
Food and Dining
Lines too long. Food was mediocre to low quality.
Service and Staff
Friendly for the most part but they were impatient and some always seemed angry or annoyed.
Entertainment They was one good show for the whole cruise which was the Vroom show.
Onboard Activities
Other than karaoke, a gym, and pools which were always crowed by splashing children, not much.
Destinations and Excursions
Jamaica was dirty, and excursions were expensive so we walked around and were just attacked with merchants. Grand Caymen was beautiful and the excursion we picked was fun but expensive.
Cabin / Stateroom

Stay in your cabin, order room service, and watch the movies on TV. Bring your own entertainment and prepare to be bored.
