It was our worst cruise experience ever!

We had 3 fully paid people in our stateroom. Canival Victory put a broken Roll-away bed (see pictures) as the 3rd bed. The bed was not only sanked (lacking support), but also leveled.

After sleeping on that broken bed for 4 days, I was and still am suffering serious back and neck pain. We have complained about the bed for 3 consecutive days, all in vain. On the 4th day, we told the customer service staffs that  we took photos of that 3rd bed and will post them on facebook, then they finally changed the bed. But since that stateroom was tiny, they told us that we could not use the stateroom during the day because the new 3rd bed was difficult to be folded, so had to stay-flat all the time.
