Ripped Off

Sail Date: November 25, 2013

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

Should have known not to get on board when they refused to refund the price of 2 passangers 2 weeks before trip even though I had purchased the insurance. This was followed by rain, high winds, seasick passangers, foul tempered crew members, a rain out on the private island with not a mention of any compensation for passengers.

Life lessons learned,  THE INSURANCE IS A SCAM ,and this cruise line will never get the chance to rob my family and I for another nickel!

THE WORLDS WORST ! DON"T BOOK!

SPEND A FEW DOLLARS MORE AND TRY ANOTHER CRUISE LINE!

REMEMBER U GET WHAT U PAY FOR THESE GUYS R BUMS!

My fault ,cruised many times tried to save a few dollars so didn't go RC will never make that mistake again!
