Review Summary
We were favorably impressed by the cleanliness of the ship and by the
excellent work of the room stewards.
The entertainment was excellent especially the musical shows. Our biggest problem was the mixed quality of the food - The eggs benedict in the breakfast selection were clearly pre-made and thus lacked a fluid hollandaise sauce and were often cold; the lobster (served only once) was undercooked and lacked taste; most chicken dishes were over cooked . We were very impressed by the fine work done on the beef bourguignon and the Mongolian beef salad dishes. The attempt to mass produce many food items hurt the quality.Ship Experiences
