FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE ON THE VICTORY CRUISE

Sail Date: October 05, 2013

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

My overall experience with the victory was very good.  Especially the dining and bar services. The waiters are nice.  The matre' D by the name of Tunc, associated to the Atlantic and Pacific room was very attentive to me and my fiance' needs and was exceptional in our accomodations. The one thing that was disappointing to us was our cabin. It was not as clean as it could've been. On our first day we needed our sheets changed on the bed, we needed the toilet cleaned, and the two guest glasses in the room were dirty. They had spots on them and needed to be replaced.  Disappointing!!!!

Ship Quality
Ship quality was good.
Food and Dining
The food was very good
Cabin / Stateroom
Disappointing!. Not very clean
Service and Staff
Staff quality was good
Entertainment
Entertainment was ok/good
Children's Programs
Don't know.
Onboard Activities
Especially liked the talent show
Destinations and Excursions
Getting on and off the port not enough time and lines are too long boarding the ship on and off

Tip

The Atlantic dining room was elegant and the food was great.
