The best vacation for your money. . . .

Sail Date: May 27, 2012

It was great. Barbados was an eye sore for us. All the other ports of call were excellent!

Pros: Tropical paradise

Cons: Being haggled all the time

Recommends Carnival Victory? Yes!

Cabin / Stateroom
Besides the initial bed and drawer issues, the color scheme was lacking, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Doors to the hallway were paper thin.
Could have been better. The more than magic show was a joke.
Ship Quality
Bed had broken springs. Two out of three dresser drawers were broken. Staff promptly fixed these problems when customer service was notified.
Food and Dining
Service and Staff
Very friendly. Remember that this ship does not pay taxes to the US. So the labor and wage laws differ in Carnivals favor. They are over worked, under paid, and share their rooms with 3 other people and two rooms to one bathroom.
