Review SummaryWe sailed for my wifes birthday May 6-13, 2012. This was a special birthday for her and I picked a suite. The room was large but very dated, room service was limited to only a few items which left us without snacks at Happy Hour on the balcony. No premium restaurants available, the Sushi Rest was a cart in the casino with a selection of only 3 items, Had to stand in line for everthing for extended periods of time on the Lido deck.
The dinning room was very good with the exception of a couuple nights the food was below par, all the other nights the food was top quality!
Staff was great, except I wanted 2 pots of coffe eacch morning and they refused to send since it was only 2 people in the stateroom. BS!
We have cruised Holland America and NWL and both had superior service and food, very little wait, and even the coffe was superior on Holland America.
