Love islands -1st time cruise w/ 6 yr

Sail Date: April 15, 2012

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Balcony

It was clean and not crowded. The room was nice and always something to do. Pools are small and are all 4'-6" deep. Sushi bar is not a restaurant but a service bar area by the casino bar w/ 3 choices only. Sit down breakfast and dinning are good food the rest was like a food court quality. The islands made the vacation not the ship.

Pros: Islands and staff

Cons: Food choices and sushi bar

Recommends Carnival Victory? Yes!

Food and Dining
This is our first cruise so did not have anything to compare it to. If you like deserts you will not like this cruise as it was below par on deserts.
If you have 8 pm dining hard to catch the shows. Not Vegas show quality but still good.
Ship Quality
Cabin / Stateroom
Always taken care of
Service and Staff
Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Children's Programs
Always had something for the kids. Great! My 6 year old love it.
