Please read all of the individual comments below. Overall, I enjoyed the cruise immensely. I would certainly recommend it to any frist time cruiser or experienced cruiser who is not looking for the lap of luxury. It is a quality cruise at an affordable price. Just be prepared to pay for drinks and don't get sick because the Dr. charge is $60.00 just to be seen!

Pros: clean, friendly, fun.

Cons: drinks are expensive, not even sodas are not included.

Recommends Carnival Victory? Yes!

Cozumel, Mexico
take the ferry over to playa del carmen. the beach if phenomenal. clearest waters you'll ever see & free, non-crowded public beaches. also good shopping over there!
Don't Miss: playa del carmen.

George Town, Grand Cayman
Take a cab to the "public beach." It is close to the port & free. There are great restaurants & bars. Then you must rent snorkels & masks - $5.00 for the whole day!! And go snorkeling. There are absolutely gorgeous trpoical fish all over the reef. Amazing.
Don't Miss: snorkeling at the public beach - $5.00 !
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
By far my favorite port of call. Here is what you need to do, get off the ship & find a cab driver who will do a day-long tour. This will cost you about $20.00 and he will take you anywhere & everywhere. If you go straight away you will have time to see the Coyoba Gardens (magnificent) Dunns River Falls, and also to go downtown & shop.
Don't Miss: downtown shopping in the real market not the ritzy one !
