We sailed on the Carnival Victory out of New York to Canada on a 5-night cruise on June 25, 2007. There were 10 of us in total - 5 cabins. My husband and I had a category 9A cabin - # 7422 - which, though at the very back of the ship, was absolutely fantastic. It was larger than a regular stateroom, and its extended balcony was HUGE. The others sailed in inside cabins (also "plenty roomy") - and two in our party stayed in a category 8A right by the elevators, which was most convenient. We could not have asked for more as far as the service provided by the staff - and we did not see a SINGLE individual giving their job, whatever it was, less than 110% effort. We LOVED the cruise and the ship and would recommend it highly to others.

Pros: The food; the service; the atmosphere

Cons: The temperature (chilly!) throughout the ship.

Recommends Carnival Victory? Yes!
