Review SummaryGreat ship and good cruise. The most disappointed thing of this cruise was its planning. The weather was getting windy on day 3. On Day 4 we got up early at 6 AM for landing to Grand Cayman. We waited 1 hour and finally got the announcement that this ship was not selected to anchor the port because the port capacity. We watched other three ships anchored, but we sailed away. We lost a whole trip to Grand Cayman They did not have an alternated plan, which they should. Grand Cayman port has no pier, the ship anchor near the port and use the tender service for transporting people to the shore. We did not know that, but the captain knew. We did not get the warning, but got the canceling announce at last. They did not offer alternate plan, simply cancel this trip. We watched other three ships anchored, we sailed away That means this captain is incompetence and was very irresponsible for all 3200 people onboard.
Ports Of Call
Cons: ship shop personnels
