An OK time

Sail Date: May 04, 2008

Reviewed: 8 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

There were long lines to get on the ship (it took 3 hours from airport to room), Long lines to get food for breakfest and lunch. Long lines to get on and off the ship. It was all about the Lines!

Pros: The show the first night was a GREAT comedian, need to bring him back.

Cons: Lines, Lines and more Lines. Bus transfer from airport to ship

Recommends Carnival Victory? No.

Show every night were great.
Ship Quality
It was difficult to get around the ship. To get from front of ship to back of ship you have to go up, down and around. Had to ask for help several times even with a map of the ship.
Food and Dining
Evening meal good. Again, long lines for buffet at breakfest and lunch. Didn't get to the midnight buffet, line was so long I gave up.
Cabin / Stateroom
I was kept very clean by the staff.
Service and Staff
Great crew, very helpful.
Cozumel, Mexico
Went on Jeep/Caverns tour. Only spent about 30 minutes in the cavern out of 7 hour tour. More time spent on some beach I didn't know we were going to.
George Town, Grand Cayman
Took tour to swim with stingrays. Was great fun and would do it again.
Don't Miss: swiming with the stingrays
Miami, Florida
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
