Truely a wonderful cruise!

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

We sailed on the Carnival Victory for a Western Caribbean cruise. This was our second cruise in four years. This ship was very clean and the staff were all very attentive whether it be the cabin steward, waite saff or pursers. We loved how there was something going on all day and into the evening. We loved the latin music, would like to have had some ballroom dance music to dance too and it would have been nice to have a larger dance floor in the Adriatic room. The dance floor was often too crowded to move around. The dining rooms were very clean, we enjoyed the shows in the dining rooms that the waite staff did. The pools were nice, it would have been nice to have adult pools only, family pools and childrens pools. The site from our stateroom was amazing. We had a room with a balcony on the fantail side and the sunsets were absolutely amazing. I would recommend this ship to my friends.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and events going on throughout the day and evening. Our room was kept clean and made up in the morning and evening.

Cons: No ballroom dancing music and the dance floor could be larger.

Recommends Carnival Victory? Yes!

Entertainment
All the shows were awesome. I liked that it wasn't the same show every night.
Cabin / Stateroom
The beds were very very comfortable, rooms were very clean.
Service and Staff
Everyone was very friendly!!
Ship Quality
It was amazing how the restrooms were kept clean on the deck near the pools with everyone going in an out of there.
Food and Dining
Our food was outstanding in all the dining rooms!
Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico
The shopping was nice, the Dune Buggy ride could have been a lot better. I would have like to have ridden on the beach not just on the highway.
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
Dolphin cove was a lot of fun. Did not like that when we went Dunn River Falls, the ATM machines were not working and that for the shoes the business only accepted cash.
George Town, Grand Cayman
We enjoyed shopping in all the shops and eating lunch at Margaritteville.
