Horrible, Useless waste of time. 60-90 minutes in lines to never ever get anything resolved.......I was in line 5 separate times due to being overcharged and Maintenance Men never showing up at our room.

Could never get to guest services to address issues due to long lines. "Land and sea" excursion 'Land" tour wasnt worth it. The private beach was beautiful!

guest services was fine - we had FTF for we didnt wait shore excursion desk was another story - Veronica was beyond rude - no personality nor willingness to help. she was so very rude to a elderly passenger i stepped in and helped them understand an excursion

The airline lost our luggage. The Guest Services staff gave us a small toiletries kit and a tee shirt to try to help out where they could. Then, when the bags arrived in Nassau at the airport and the airline didn't inform us, the guest services staff noticed that there were bags with carnival tags on them and reached out to the ship to see if there were any passengers with our name. This experience made a bad experience (losing luggage) so much better.
