From the time we landed we were hit with obstacles. we were threatened upon arriving at the airport, bus was 2 hrs late picking us up, stood in very long lines just to board the ship. Was hoping to put the phones away and not be bothered with them the time we were on the ship only to find out in order to make dinner reservations or needed to request anything we had to have our phones with us. we were informed that the smoking in the casino would not affect us in our cabin because of the air purifiers they have on the ship, however they were not that good because we were overwhelmed everyday with smoke. I often cruise and love cruising, but this did not leave a favorable taste in my mouth.

It was ok. I don't know if I would so it again. It was our first cruise amd we were disappointed especially for that price. I feel like we could have done something better. We really did not have that much fun on the ship and the food was subpar and the time spent on each island was not enough. I feel like we could have gone somewhere else for that price and really spent time and enjoyed it.

the ship reminded of a nursing home ,electric cars where all over the place , people took food to their room and it looked like they trew it outside their room, two days before we left the ship we wound up with a cold and we tested at home and now we have a covid 9

We were 3 to the cabin and 2 got sick, I was stuck in the cabin with sick shipmates. 1 got covid, the other the flu and pneumonia. When I asked to be reassigned it took 24 hours to get me another cabin the last night of the trip.

Not the best cruise I've ever been on but not the worst.

Obstructed view ( informed if 30th Anniversary) flooded balcony (I have video), no access to light on balcony, sink broken ( piece was replaced), shower soap not working (was replaced)

My husband and I really enjoyed the experience. The Chefs table was the highlight of the trip. There were always options for things to do onboard or even to do nothing. Contracting COVID (tested positive on the day of my return) was a downer.

Poor Did not like the Ship spewed soot from the stack pipe

This was the WORST cruise we have ever (Diamond Family) taken. Terrible food. Pools closed. Too many people. 1 hour wait for breakfast. AWFUL!!

Overall great cruise - love a Journeys as it goes to different places, also loved the great staff and entertainment on board. Ship was ok - would book again for the right itinerary which is why we booked it initially.

This was our first cruise on Carnival an possibly our last. Very disappointing an disgusted with the way we have to cater to the staff.

Although we could not dock at the King's Wharf Port in Bermuda, the Fun Squad on the Carnival Venezia made everyone's time at Sea AWESOME & AMAZING!!!

I was disappointed by this experience. It had nothing to do with not being able to debark in Bermuda. Crew was not very friendly. In past cruises crew was very accommodating for those with a picky pallet, this time if it was not on the menu you could not get it, even if you knew they had it in the kitchen. Previous cruises they would cater to the guests needs. Did not like how you had to use your phone for everything, should not be forcing people to use their phones, they are on vacation.

This was the first cruise my 31-year-old son has been on. My eleventh!! I think he's hooked. We had a great time eating, drinking, Karaoke Ing, playing all the sports games, doing trivia and even participated in the Cruise Crawl and we won!!! Looking forward to the next family vacation!!!

First time cruising with Carnival. We have cruised with Disney, Norwegian and Royal Caribbean in the past. We would definitely do Carnival again in the future. LOVE CRUISES! My brain just shuts off as soon as I step on board. The only decisions I have to make is what I am going to eat and what I want to do (many multiple options). Many people who have never cruised are missing out. Btw, besides the very courteous and professional staff, ALL the guests whom we've met were nice and friendly. Never any negative issues. Many men actually waited for the ladies to step off the elevators first... which is very unlike NY behavior. Many guests were from out of town. Very impressive.

Very nice vacation. Worth every penny. Friendly staff and even sailed to check out a boat that may have been in distress. No one there, rescue not needed. Someone lost their sailboat!

I'd travel on this ship again in a heartbeat. The entertainment and cruise director made the voyage special. The dining room and buffet menus were varied and delicious. The ship was very easy to navigate.

The greatest attraction of this cruise was the ease of travel from NYC for elderly family members. Yet we were overwhelmed by the excessive drinking, loudness, and general party atmosphere on this cruise. Not a good deal for anything other than binge eating, drinking, gambling and shopping. Future cruises will not include Carnival Cruise lines.

Very nice cruise but probably won't do it again. Head south next time.

The best ship in Carnival and one of the best staffs on the sea.
