Review summary

In Summary, for our first cruise with 20 members of my family, it was good. I would not say we had an exceptional first experience with all the service opportunities we encountered on the first and last day. Overall though, it was a good cruise.

Embarkation

My luggage was sent to the incorrect room and after standing in the long line explaining that I was given one room number and the bags were delivered to another, the staff told me to ignore my boarding pass and just to go to the room where my bags were delivered. I went to the room and no key so again went back down to guest service and explained to the staff again what had happened. I did not get my bags until later that evening when I went down to guest service for the 3rd time to check on my bags and it was just sitting to the side of the desk. Very frustrating first day.

Love all the food and options. Service was excellent up until the last day. I'm not sure why, but our breakfast service was lacking. It's as if the staff was ready to get us off the ship. We were greeted once and no one came by after our food was delivered to see if everything was ok.

I've had my bags put outside the wrong cabin a few times. I walked a round a few minutes and found them, bought them to my cabin, and enjoyed my cruise.
