Review summary

The rooms were the worst I've ever stayed in though I had a suite, it was probably worse than a cheap motel for triple the price. The service was poor, waiters were mostly rude and often brought the wrong items, rushed you through every meal. Smoking was everywhere on that gross ship so if you have kids or are sensitive to that stay far away from this boat.

Myself not believing a word of it.We had the best time and everyplace we went on the ship the staff was awesome.Our best vacation ever and have already booked another....and yes with carnival.

I've sailed the Valor and I'm having a difficult time believing this review. Smoking is only allowed on certain parts of the ship, therefore the comment related to smoking everywhere seems far fetched. In addition, the waiters never rush you through dinner. We have sat in the MDR for two hours, just to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. We were never rushed. I've never seen trivia held in the Casino. I'm curious as to whether this person reported all these issues to Carnival or chose to complain here.

Mary: it's not even the snobs! People will never be happy regardless haha Snobs: adj., people who are unhappy with their socioeconomic status in life and are constantly reaching for more but they can't because they don't have the money to get to the status that will make them happy. Example: Richard Branson is probably not a snob since he is happy where he is and generally seems to be a hilarious character, Sue from the Suburbs on the other hand who nags all the time about her purse collection is ;) haha

We sailed on the valor last June and had very good service from the waiters and all the staff. Our room steward was great he greeted us each morning.

We cruised this ship earlier this month.Did not have a problem with one of the issues mentioned.If you want perfection you may want to pull out your checkbook and cruise with the snobs!
