Very Nice, Lots of Nickel and Diming once you are on the ship.

Review summary

Overall, we had an amazing trip! It is what you make of it. We took advantage of all the fun entertainment on  and off the ship. I would recommend going through third-party excursions to save yourself more money and have a more private experience. The only excursion we did through the cruise line was The Amazing Cozumel Race, which was one of my most favorites. It was so well put together.

The only thing I disliked was the hard pushed sales to buy something. The ports themselves were very touristy, but again, if you find an outside excursion, go! It's worth seeing more of the locations without so many people.

We had an amazing time overall.

We were barely in the room. It was small, but didn't really phases me or my 6'7" fiancé.

Ship tip

Our favorite part of the ship was getting involved in the contests and activities. The staff puts together ping pong competitions, corn hole, game shows. We enjoyed the interaction with our shipmates. They do a good job at making this happen.

We booked an outside excursion that took us an hour north by van, then an hour north by river to explore some untouched Ruins. Our tour guide was a local and told us all about the culture and everything else we wanted to know about their country. It was a family owned business. When we got back his mom cooked us all a wonderful Belizian meal!

Mahogany Bay, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

Again, booked an outside excursion to go snorkel the Meso American reef. This was a local company. We had our own boat and everything, for the same price. Where we snorkeled, there were no other tourists. We had the whole part of that reef to ourselves.

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

This was a waste of a stop. I would have much rather stayed longer at one of the others. Outside of the port is just a seedy downtown and most of the places were closed. Was very disappointed after having awesome experiences at all the other ports.
