Terrific cruise and weather.

Sail Date: September 01, 2012

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

We liked the ship except for the odd location of the Washington dinning room.
It was confusing, you had to go up then down to get there and there weren't enough directions to help you.
We met some very lovely people on board as well as staff and that made the vacation that much better.

Pros: Visiting places that we had never been.

Cons: Some of the services on board the shop.

Recommends Carnival Valor? Yes!

Ship Quality
As stated above\, some areas were hard to get to.
Food and Dining
Love the food and the dinning staff.
Cabin / Stateroom
It was fine. I prefer balcony\, but for the price our room was great!
Service and Staff
Was not as friendly as some other cruises. We purchased 100.00 voucher to travel again\, wanted some information and was told to go home and look it up on my computer. (didn't appreciate this)
Entertainment
Enjoyed the shows and the comedians. Was not to happy that the free drink ticket had to be redeemed at a certain time and place\, either give us the drink or not\, don't make it so confusing......
