We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise on the Valor! Our cabin location was a delightful surprise near the elevators and pools, and it was very well maintained. Since we're not big on formal dining, we were happy to be on the Lido deck near the buffets and optional eateries. We did eat in the Lincoln dining room on 'Your Time" dining twice, and found the service too slow for our liking. If we had been part of a larger group, it might have been different. When we asked for a separate table, we were unpleasantly surprised to find ourselves seated at a table just 8" from the table next to us. Not our idea of separate seating. However, that really was our only complaint about the cruise. Everything else, including the housekeeping service, room service, cleanliness(everywhere!), abundant choice of bars, shows, and em/debarkation, were just exceptional!

Pros: Our stateroom location, close to food, pools and elevators.

Cons: Dining room.
