One of the worst experience.

Room Type: Balcony

It would not be a bad cruise if we would not have very serious problem with our cabin. Its 100% "CruiseOnly" agent fault. We booked cruise when it was still a bunch of cabins available. Its agent responsibilities to provide customer with all information and to suggest the best available cabin on the ship. We booked balcony and received balcony on the 6 deck just above casino stage. We didn't know about it till we came on the ship, but as a result we did not need to go down, its sounded like we had band playing in our room every day and night till 1:30-2am. This fact completely ruined our vacation. Staff on the ship can not do anything because they told us no other cabins were available on the ship. They told us its travel agent responsibilities to make sure client is happy with their choice. We are not sure we are ever will be ordering cruise through this website.

Pros: Dinner with Chef

Cons: Cabin

Recommends Carnival Valor? No.

Service and Staff
When we complained about noise in our room first respond was to put a plugs in our ears. I think its very rude and unprofessional.
