Children's Programs
Our kids are 9 and 11, they didn't like being grouped with 2 year olds. During the orientation, we were unable to understand the director due to her very thick accent, not her fault, but difficult, they decided not to partake in any of the activities. Another huge disappointment for them. Also, the putt putt course was closed for the week.
Food and Dining
We were disappointed with the lack of enthusiasm of the waitstaff compared to all of our previous cruises. We tried the anytime dining for the first time, and the staff was awful. We were only spoken to when orders were being taken. Many times thru out dinner my husband had to get up to refill his water glass while a group of waiters stood and watched. We brought our children for the first time and told them how great the service was, friendly and great showmanship. None of that happened for them. I realize it is a huge undertaking to feed thousands of people at once, but that was one thing we looked forward to.
Service and Staff
Ship Quality
Cabin / Stateroom
we had a drainage issue in the shower, it was fixed immediately.
Cozumel, Mexico
We didnt care for the town at all. Locals are very annoying begging for your business.
Belize City, Belize
Would NEVER return, did the cave tour, the country is dirty and ugly. The only thing nice is to snorkel on nearby reef.
Mahogany Bay, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras
We went to the beach right next to the port which is not as nice as the other one further away. They have come a long way since our last visit there. Very Beautiful.
George Town, Grand Cayman

Don't Miss: Stingray City
