The core issue comes down to that Carnival doesn't care about its passengers if their is a concern. They notified us while onboarding that the order of the ports was changed due to logistical reasons. The Carnival Glory had the same exact original itinerary and they didn't change the order. They had beautiful weather. We had bad weather including having our last port being cancelled. We then didn't get another replacement port. And so we got an extra day at sea and we had 2 days of rain and clouds. Even the Glory had a good weather day at sea so I don't know why they didn't move our ship where there was good weather. So for the extra day at sea they added a movie, some extra board games, and extra Bingo that they pocketed 90% of the purse money. They made no attempt to accommodate us. Try calling corporate and they stand by their policy that they are allowed to change itineraries and that the ship is the reason that people sail, not the destination. I guess that is why there are many ships just docked at ports around the country because folks just like being on the ships and not going anywhere. Remember, this is the same cruise line that allowed a ship to take 3 days to push it back to shore with no electricity, air conditioning, toilets, or food instead of getting people of the boat as soon as possible.
