we sailed on the Valor this is our 8th cruise with Carnival. we had a wonderful time. on our first night the entertainment was great the comedian was very funny. we enjoyed it very much. i did the free tasting of alcohol the stewards were very knowledgeable in what they presented. i did buy the first night. our cabin was great the balcony is the best that is the only stateroom i will book in the future. our cabin air conditioner didn't work very well we did call maintenance but they never came. our cabin steward Rodney he was also calling & even checked it out but he couldn't do anything. he was very good also. he was very polite & asked everyday how was the cruise going if we were having a good time. my family found the Lindy Hop & Randy was the best he entertained them everynight yes everynight till 3-4 AM. our dinner waiter Henry tabl;e 157 & 159 was great he was very patient with us & the kids we didn't like were we seated but it was ok no complains there. the wine steward Hannah she was very good. the securtity was very good also always made sure we had the proper documentation when we went off shore & came back on. the cruise director provided us with lots of info I did see & spoke to him when we disembarked. there was an entertainer on the ship I donn't know his name but he was from Jamaica he was really funny he did come to the Lindy Hop on Thursday & danced with us that was great. all in all i will rate this of the best i've been on. I am however, looking forward to doing a Mediterrian cruise on the "Magic" I havn't booked it yet I'm waiting for a great deal. thank you ferida khan

Pros: stateroom, food, drinks, our cabin steward, waiter & bus boy, ports of call, Randy at the Lindy Hop Lounge etc....

Cons: the fact that the air conditioner didn't work in our cabin & elevators
