The Carnival Valor surprised me! I was expecting a glitzy, over-the-top ship, but it was actually quite subdued and tasteful! The food was amazing, buffet never crowded. My oceanview cabin was nice and roomy, larger than Royal Caribbean. Even though there were 1000 people under 18, they behaved themselves nicely. This was a great cruise!
