The ship was very nicely decorated and keep very clean. There are many different areas of deck you can walk or sit on. The lines for food on the Lido deck were quick moving and the variety of foods offered excellent. Love the big movie screen on deck and spent time in the jacuzzi watching an afternoon movie! The best way to spend a vacation.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The variety of food was excellent and the dinning times very good. We visited the steak house on the last night of the cruise and had a wonderful dinner with very attentive staff.

5 out of 5
Saw one of the best productions I've ever seen on a cruise ship! And the comedy and magic acts were outstanding.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
The teens program could use some work. There was never anyone around during the scheduled events so our child just gave up on the program.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our cabin steward was very accomodating with opening the balcony door to make our rooms "connecting" rooms.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
It was difficult to figure out just where our dinning room was located, but other than that the ship has a nice layout.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The beds are the best! The cabin steward keep the room very clean. It was nice not having to bring shampoo and body soap as it is provided in the shower. And there was always a bucket of ice handy every day.

Pros: The room, the entertainment and the staff.

Cons: The teen's O2 club. Not much was happening with that venue.

Recommends Carnival Valor? Yes!
