A wonderful cruise

Room Type: Oceanview

We sailed on the Carnival Valor. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the ship, the friendliness of all the staff. Everyone who helped us was absolutely wonderful. Everyone made us feel like royalty. We had our hair done in the Carnival spa and Kristy, the young lady from London, who did our hair was terrific. She really pampered us. The food was wonderful and the service was outstanding. Our room was always very neat and clean. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip. We loved it and look forward to going again in the future.

Pros: The wait staff in the Washington dining room, the porters, the people who cleaned our room and made the cute animals

Cons: my was a little hard
