We had a good time, and food was great, but all shows and acts were so loud that it hurt and distorted the sound, could not attend shows because of this, bought three water bottles and then found out total was 35.00 for the three. We asked if shows could be broadcasted over the tv so that my wife (who has a hearing implant) and i could experience them and the customer service rep was rude and said NO. My wife lost her hearing (100%) one year ago due to ear infection, but can hear now with implant, there was alot of crying because she could not enjoy shows, and so alittle understanding at least would have been nice.

Pros: the food was awesome

Cons: wife has a hearing implant , and shows were all way to loud for either of us , but especially her so we missed out, everyone was complaining about the loudness which inturn lessened the quality

Recommends Carnival Valor? Yes!
