This was our first cruise and it was a wonderful experience. We are hooked and already planning the next one. Part of our itenarary was changed from Cozumel to Key West due to the flu. Carnival did give us the offer to change our sail date in case we did not like the new sailing route. Going in and out of customs was a breeze. We bought a few pictures they took (and they take a lot) but, we really liked our formal dining pictures.

The only part I did not like is when we got to a port. I think they should have changed it a bit rather than a free for all and everyone trying to get out at the same time. Let the people with shore excursions that are within the first half hour get off first, then go from there.

Pros: lots of stuff to do

Cons: the unboarding at ports

Recommends Carnival Valor? Yes!
