Carnival Valor A Busy Ship

Sail Date: January 11, 2009

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Great ship with lots to do. Very good food and lots of it. If you want constant music, and no quiet space you'll enjoy the Valor. If you are a nonsmoker avoid this ship. To get away from the noise and activities I suggest a cabin with a balcony, there you can enjoy relative peace and a private ocean view. The cabins ane large and very well appointed. The service staff is excellent. Don't miss the duo "WE TWO" after 60+ cruises Raymee is the best vocalist ever she needs to be on American Idol

Pros: Oceanview cabin, Food, Service

Cons: Constant noise, no quiet areas, lots and lots of smokers

Recommends Carnival Valor? Yes!

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Go to St Johns, Shop St Thomas but get to St Johns
Nassau, Bahamas
Nassau is Nassau no big deal unless you have never been there
Don't Miss: straw market
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
get a taxi to the free beach just to the left of where the ships dock. You can walk but why? Enjoy the beach and the guy with the $1.00 beers
Don't Miss: dont get involved with someone trying to sell you a time share
