A wonderful itinerary

Sail Date: March 23, 2008

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

The ship was a very beautiful clean ship. However I was looking forward to using the hot tub in the spa area only to find out they had taken it out. I would like to see an all adult area (sort of like the topless sun deck) where no kids are allowed in the area. They say certain pools are for adults only but as always there are kids in the adult pools and whirlpools so they need to enforce this so that the adults can enjoy the pools and whirlpools with out kids jumping in and splashing everywhere. It needs to have adults only areas and enforce the adults only.

Pros: The ports was wonderful

Cons: The buffets are no longer open as long as in the past. Hamburgers by pool on lido deck not open as long as they were in the past

Recommends Carnival Valor? Yes!

Nassau, Bahamas
We took a tour of the Atlantis hotel. It was beautiful and very interesting
Don't Miss: Don't miss the Atlantis, It has an aquarium and its all free to tour it.
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
The Dutch side of St Marteen was so clean and pristine. The French side is arrogant and high priced. The vendors do not bargain with you at all and they all have the same stuff.
Don't Miss: Don't miss a tour of the entire Island both Dutch and French side it is interesting
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Shopping was great. The store personnel tried everything to get you what you was looking far and to get yu the price you wanted to pay. This Island is beautiful. It was interesting to see all the fine yachts that dock in St Thomas.
Don't Miss: Don't miss Paradise point it gives you a beautiful sight of the island.
