This was our first cruise and we were not disappointed. Our 12 year old daughter knew the layout of the ship before me! Activities for the teens were good, and well supervised. Food very good in dining room, and staff were absolutly great. They remembered from night to night what we preferd to drink . Never saw any filth on the floors in the halls or anywhere. Casino clean and tables paid out. Entertainment was energetic and capturing. Cruise director was hilarious! Very informative . Was nice to have an expert talk about where to shop before going to island, a list was given to tell us where to go and not to go. Excursions were disappointing, but the dolphin encounter was great. we went to the excusion desk and stated why we were disappointed and they refunded all our money for the excusions we found bad. That was surprising since other travelers say that never happens. I would recommend this line definetly.

Pros: everything, Went over christmas and it was decorated beautiful

Cons: hard to find a table to eat at during buffet hours

Recommends Carnival Valor? Yes!
