It was missing the wow factor in cruising... the ship just does not have it very plain with two little stores. I know you don't go shopping a cruise shi[p but actually its very nice to just get your walking after dinner at stores like at Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
food quality was good and room service was excellent in quality and service. The Scarlett (extra fee restaurant) was the best. Outstanding food and service. The buffets you have to make sure you time your excursions or they close on you including the deli wich closed most of the times we wanted to get something from it. The all day pizza was good and the specialty foods were very tasty.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Entertainment was good including the lazer tag that my 14 year old spent over $50.00 on @ $5.00 a game but she enjoyed it and we knew where she was

Children's Programs

ourt 14 year old enjoyed the fact she didn't have to have us sign in and out so we spent a lot of time on walkie talkies locating her, but her camp always had activies to do.. it was good

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
we had good and not so good service. Our stateroom was very nice just couldn't communicate very well. Our dinning room @ the Lincoln with Malvin and Rohdrick was very good. All bartenders are very good and most of the staff cleaning tables wer not so good they never smiled and just picked up even if you were not done..

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
common areas not kept and room service trays left out for most of the day

Cabin / Stateroom

size of suite was very good the bathroom was great with jettub and storage was great. we were in 9206 and had blocked views and also had a lookout for all to see right out side our window and balcony...no privacy..don't get 9206

Pros: Itinerary was the reason for my choice in Cruise Line

Cons: the ship was a big disappointment
