Wonderful cruise exception

Sail Date: June 14, 2009

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Oceanview

Excellent customer care. However, the shore excursion in Roatan "Catamaran Sailing and Snokerling" departed under unsafe sea conditions (9-10 feet waves), windy and with a lack of safety conditons of the catamaran with broken rails around the boat.More than 35 persons (an old man around 80s included with shortness of breath when he returned to early) in the water with two crew members taking care of them. Some people come back with injures because the waves smashed them into the coral reef.
From the beginning we decided to stay in the catamaran and don't go the water because something looked wrong and a member in the crew commented in spanish language
about the sea conditons thinking nobody understood him, but spanish is our native language.

Pros: Belize

Cons: Roatan, Catamaran Sailing and Snokeling
