This is the best vacation I have ever been on. What can I say, everything exceeded my expectations. The food was amazing. You will gain 10 pounds on board, or you're not taking advantage of the food. The comedians were hilarious. Of course, some were better than others, and one of the three was ten times better in his adult only show. We only got to see about 10 minutes of overall break dance action, but still absolutely amazing. Roger the Pianist in Lindy Hop was extraordinary, and he would definitely give American Idol a run for their money.

Simply put, everything was awesome.

Food and Dining

This was one of the best parts of the trip. All you can eat 24/7. And the dining room served as much as you want of anything. Going to a restaurant, the food would have cost easily $100/person.

Service and Staff

One of the bartenders knew everyone in our group by name after meeting us once. All the employees we saw more than once knew us by name, and there were over 3000 guests on the ship.

At one time I saw an employee polishing the stainless steel underneath a table, and another person in our group mentioned that they saw an employee cleaning the stairs with a toothbrush

They clean your room twice a day, and the employee taking care of your state room knows you by name. What more could you ask for?

We didn't get to explore much of the the city because our snorkeling excursion took all day, but the excursion itself was fun. We went snorkeling and our bus driver that took us to the boat drove through town singing and playing the harmonica. Yes, it was scary, but I knew we could trust him after he backed up the bus in a residential neighborhood with inches of working room, and didn't hit a single thing.

Book the Land Rover and cave exploration adventure. Don't even think about it, just book it. For the same price as other excursions, the Land Rover and cave adventure provides a trek through the jungle (with complementary bottled water) where the guide explains the medicinal purposes of local plants, exploration of a cave and explanation of its significance to the locals, an off-roading adventure in the jungle, free lunch (with free rum punch), and a motorboat shuttle through the jungle back to your cruise ship (with free rum punch on the way). And this excursion is only available through the cruise line...BOOK IT NOW.
Don't Miss: Land Rover and cave exploration adventure

Didn't get to see much of the town, but the snorkeling was fantastic.

Pros: The food, comedians, breakdancers, staff, Roger the Pianist, the Land Rover and cave exploration excursion.

Cons: The price of the excursions, the embarkation at Grand Cayman
