Carnival Valor Cruise Review to Caribbean - Western
Sail Date: April 19, 2009
Ship: Carnival Valor
Cabin Type: Balcony
Traveled As: Couple
Reviewed: 8 years ago
Review SummaryThe ship was large enough to be able to offer top rate entertainment, a variety of products in the ship stores at very reasonable prices, great meals and great service. The crew was greatly motivated to be friendly, helpful, and to make sure the ship was kept absolutely spotless. The logistics for: luggage, food, and shore excursions were very impressive. Passengers were given ample direction and advise. You had the freedom to be as private as you want or the opportunity to mix with others in a variety of settings. Safety on shore and off shore were a priority with the cruise administrators. The daily newsletter and the TV clued you in to ship activities and help.

Don't Miss: We did the zoo which was home to abandoned and injured animals. It was nice because the setting was in the woods with gravel trails.
Don't Miss: The Hondoran Tour with the dancers
Don't Miss: We did the cooking tour. We did not learn a lot but we had a lot of fun. We got to enjoy a beach, pool, and all you can eat/drink at Playa Mia.
Don't Miss: Turtle farm
Pros: Organization of everything from cleanliness to handling crowds
Cons: Lines upon exiting the cruise
