The cruise staff were outstanding, they really went out of the way to make our vacation a once in a life time experience. They thought of everything making sure it anticipate your needs.

The negative sides were during embarkation. The Carnival staff member that checked us in had no idea what he was doing and was very unwilling to explain to us what the problem was. By the way, we used the funpass option to speed the check in process up. We watched atleast four other couples check in with the agent next to us by the time we were done.

The casino sail and sign system SUCKS!!!! The casino staff were not prompt with sevice and very unwilling to help you.
