Attended one comedy club showing and found the lounge overcrowded, even though we arrived more than a half hour before the show. The comedian was very funny. Around the ships, the DJs and musicians were outstanding and very entertaining with one exception.

All staff seemed to go out of there way to may our experience delightful. We were always addressed by our names.

The ship is a little dated. However, it is up for a complete refit in less than two months.
Cabin / Stateroom

I would give 5 stars for the cabin except that it was always cold and I was unable to increase the cabins temperature to warm it. Also the cabin looked new. It had 2 standard US outlets (3, counting the bathroom) and 4 working USB outlets (2 over the bed).
I live New Orleans and visit it frequently. It's a fun town for all. Arrive a couple days early or plan to stay a couple days after the cruise to enjoy the good food and nightlife in the French Quarter.
Bring cash for shopping. Get away from the cruise port shops (there are shopping excursions available for downtown Cozumel). Bargain with the salesperson. Most places accept plastic, but the US dollar is king.
Can't give a true judgement on the process as there was a medical emergency that occurred during disembarkation that caused a half hour delay. There were crowds in the hallways and stairways which made it difficult to maneuver to our assigned waiting area. The staff was very entertaining during the delay.
