Love Carnival, not so much the Triumph
Review SummaryMy cruise was great. I was with a family of 12 and we were a mix of seasoned cruisers and beginners. My major compliant was we purchases drink packages and we were aware that they end at 8 am on debarkation day, however; since the ship had technical difficulties and we were told we would not be arriving back until 10 pm that night the packages should have ended then. They did not, but ended at 8 am on our scheduled debarkation date and time. It was through no fault of the passengers that we were stuck on the ship, but we had to pay for all of our drinks for the next 10 to 12 hours.

I strongly recommend that Carnival decommission the Triumph. This was my second time on the Triumph and both time there was technical difficulties. I understand things happen and I am gratetul we made it home, but this ship has had to many issues.
