I will not be going on anymore cruises via thru Carnival UNTIL further notice....So until then i will be using other cruise companies...Spent wayyyy to much money for me an my child to be unhappy...

I was ONLY able to acess the hot tub, as the pool was HEAVILY overcrowded!....Too many people to where at one point i thought was a safety hazard...

From rust covered banister's, to sticky yucky handrails...Ship could of been cleaned much better than what was presented to us passengers!...
Cabin / Stateroom

Not ONLY were we issued the WRONG cabin, but the cabin we was assigned was completely filthy!...Sticky smudges were all over glass we also have a water leave coming from top vent...When i booked this trip back in April, i had clearly specified a king size bed...My 9 year old son an i, was immediately was turned off by the musty mildew smell of our room...They had our cabin setup with 2 twin size beds...I'm 6'5 an it was NO way i could sleep in a twinsize bed...Fingerprints all over the glass as well as dark brown smudge marks on glass...Rust all along the metal trim of bathroom an baseboards, i had literally cut the bottom of my foot on some sharp nasty rust, all while getting out the shower...The room steward has me and my son wait out in hallway for 30~40 mins while a team of 6~7 cleaned the room that we was stuck with...Just a horrible experience for a 1st timer like my son an a 3rd time cruiser like myself...No one should have to be walk into a filthy unsanitary cabin...
Ship tip
I suggest NOT setting sail on any of "Carnivals" ship's, that are more than 10 years old!...😔😞😒
The weather an some area's of the straw market was very nice...But it was TONS of trash throughout the city once you take the shuttle to the main city...All i kept smelling was garbage & human waste!...😒😷😐😷
