Triumph needs to be de-com and cut up for cars or razor blades.  Before we got underway they handcuffed a senior citizen and made him and his wife walk the plank back off the ship.  He was very unhappy that they didn’t have their luggage as promised.  I had hot water in my sink, but not in the shower.  Room needed regular maintenance and up keep…Carnival is cutting dollars in all the wrong places.  Dining rooms were slow and staff seems to always be working shorthanded and very tired.  The crew’s morale is very poor and most of the European and some Jamaicans crew are jumping ship as soon as they can.  Having cruise on two other Carnival ships, I know Carnival can do much better.

Cozumel had three Carnival ships in port at once…15,000 people at the same time in a very small port.   Port was so busy we ended up eating on the ship.

Service and Staff

Spa over priced and under deviled on simple nail work. Food service workers tired and understaffed.

Ship Quality

They are not spending enough in maintenance or staffing support.

Cabin / Stateroom

Stateroom staff did an outstanding job with what they had to work with. Hot water in sink but not shower. Broken lights...rips and dent in walls..etc
