4 Night Western Caribbean (Galveston Roundtrip)
Sail Date: March 17, 2016
Ship: Carnival Triumph
Cabin Type: Oceanview
Cabin Number: 8232
Traveled As: Large Group

We had a total group size of 32 people. We went last year on the same trip with Carnival.

This year was very bad. We were told the ship was heading to dry dock after our cruise and you could really tell. Many things were broken or unavailable. Our kids had very little to do on the ship. Basketball goal gone, Arcade cleared out, Karaoke machine broken. Also it seemed many of the employees were not very engaged so service was not good. When we brought these issues up we just got shrugs!

Not worth the money, Carnival should be ashamed to charge us for the product they delivered!
