My family and I truly enjoyed our experience on the cruise and we can't wait to cruise again.  We chose to eat most of the time at the formal dining area and enjoyed both the food as well as the waiters.  Our waiter, Antonio, remembered our names and what we normally drank, which made us feel right at home.  We enjoyed the shows and the performances immensely.  The stand up comedy was hilarious.  We had a problem getting off the ship at Cozumel to make it to our excursion.  Apparently there were too many ships that had docked at the port, so our ship had to do some rearranging, after it had already docked for several hours.  Unfortunately for us, this took place just as we were about to get off the ship to make it to our excursion.  We were scheduled to meet our excursion group at the end of the pier at 10:30 AM.  We had planned to first have breakfast before getting off the ship at 10:00 AM and make the ten minute walk down the pier.  Just as we were getting ready to get off we were told to stay put while they moved the ship.  It took 30 minutes to move the ship and a lot of us on the ship were concerned the whole time that we would miss our excursions.  Thank God the excursion people waited on us before they departed, but it still caused some un needed stress.  Although we enjoyed having a balcony in our cabin, we had problems locking the door because the locking device didn't work well.  We notified the maintenance guy who came in to fix the sink and he said that he would notify his boss.  However, no one ever came to fix the door and we wound up banging our knuckles several times trying to lock it.  Some of the rugs in our cabin and in the hallway had large stains on them.  As a suggestion, I think that each ship should take a week off, at least once a quarter, to perform whatever maintenance and cleaning is needed before going back out again.  I would recommend the experience to anyone who wants to get away.

Ship Tip

If you get a chance, visit the fitness room and the Spa early in the morning. The view out of the front windows and the sauna is great. There's nothing better than seeing the sun rise in the horizon as you run on the tread mill.
